Parents who worry about kid’s sleep more prone to depression

Daily Mail reported on a UBC study on sleep intervention led by Wendy Hall, a UBC sleep expert and nursing professor.

Hall said the study is one of the first to examine the connection between kids’ sleep and their parents’ mental health.
