Google Pixel 2 may steal the best feature from the Samsung Galaxy S8
NEXT super-powered Android device could come with an eye-catching display that borrows from the Galaxy S8 as report claims the Google Pixel 2 is about to get curvy.
With the original Google Pixel and Pixel XL winning plaudits from consumers and media alike, hopes are high for the next release.
Now, a new report has claimed that the Google Pixel 2 might feature one of the most exciting features from the current Android champion – the Samsung Galaxy S8.
Google is reportedly set to invest around $880 million to make sure it gets access to the company’s curved OLED screens for its new device.

Last December, it was reported that the company had signed an initial deal with LG Display to deliver smartphone displays that fold out for a more flexible design than ever.
LG Display has reportedly already developed a working prototype panel, described as having a “significantly high” technical level, meaning that the new design could be set to appear soon.

The rumoured “Galaxy X” would be able to transform from a mobile device into something much bigger, opening up like a book to reveal a larger, tablet-sized display.
Apple and Microsoft have also signalled their interest in the “out-foldable” panels, which use OLED technology for super-detailed displays.
